Ten Labs / TL-001 — About
We believe work shouldn't be this hard.
Ten Labs Pty Ltd is a small, Melbourne-based team. Between us, we've worked in architecture and construction, in education, and in software development — and built each of our products for the people still doing that work, because we're those people too.

Built from real use
By people who've done the job
Every product here starts with someone on the team who needed it themselves — not a feature on a roadmap someone else wrote.
Industries we know
Not abstract markets
Architecture and construction, education, and software development are fields we've worked in. We're building for the people still doing that work.
Easier, not flashier
A better Tuesday afternoon
We're not trying to disrupt anything for its own sake — just to make one recurring, annoying part of someone's week a bit easier.

Harv.ant
Started with a quote from a property-scanning app that didn't match the job — too expensive for what should have been a simple capture-to-plan process. Built with ARKit and ARCore, it turns a phone walkthrough into DXF, PDF and IFC exports.

SwiftsReader
Grew out of watching people work through the same dense academic PDFs week after week — and noticing how much harder that is for some readers than others. It pairs AI summaries and focused reading modes with text-to-speech, built around a simple framework: Read, Ask, Put.

Freebird AI
Started as a way to keep building the other two without paying for Copilot or Cursor on top of everything else. It's free, open source, and happy to run entirely on your own machine via Ollama.
